Dogwood Realty was founded over 20 years ago. We serve the residential, commercial and industrial real estate sectors in Memphis and all the surrounding communities. We provide sales and leasing services. We also provide auction services through affiliated auction companies.

Jerry Chism, our owner, is a graduate of the Christian Brothers University School of engineering and the University of Arkansas graduate school of business.

Jerry is a licensed general contractor and has coordinated new construction and improvement of millions of dollars in homes, offices, warehouses, manufacturing plants, etc. He has negotiated leases for 1200 square feet residential properties and 200,000 square feet warehouses. He has facilitated the sale of homes costing hundreds of thousands of dollars and warehouses costing millions.
